1. Who we are
Rhyplay is a dance learning app operated from India. Contact: support@rhyplay.in.
2. Information we collect
- Phone number (OTP login via Firebase Authentication)
- Display name, profile photo, and profile details you provide
- Subscription status and plan (Razorpay on Android, Apple App Store on iOS; we store status in Firebase)
- Course progress, bookmarks, and offline download metadata on your device
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) to fix app issues
3. How we use information
- Authenticate you and personalize your account
- Unlock premium classes and offline downloads when you subscribe
- Improve the app and respond to support requests
- Comply with applicable law
4. Sharing
We share payment data with Razorpay (Android) and Apple (iOS) to process subscriptions. We do not sell your personal data. Firebase (Google) hosts our backend in secure data centres.
5. Data retention & account deletion
Account data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, subscription data, course progress, and saved bookmarks. Deletion cannot be undone. If you cannot access the app, email support@rhyplay.in from your registered contact with your phone number and we will process your request within 7 business days.
6. Security
We use Firebase security rules, encrypted connections, and Razorpay for payments. No method is 100% secure; use a strong device lock.
7. Children
Rhyplay is not directed at children under 13 without parental consent.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
