How do I subscribe?
Open the app → Profile → Subscription → choose a plan → Subscribe. Android: complete payment in Razorpay. iPhone: complete payment in the App Store sheet.
What is autopay?
Your plan renews automatically each month/quarter/year so premium classes stay unlocked.
How do I cancel?
iPhone (App Store)
- Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions
- Select Rhyplay and cancel
Android — UPI app (recommended)
- Open PhonePe, Google Pay, or Paytm
- Go to Autopay / Mandates / Subscriptions
- Find Rhyplay or Razorpay
- Cancel the mandate
Option B — Razorpay
- Open the subscription confirmation email/SMS from Razorpay
- Use the manage/cancel link provided
Option C — Support
Email support@rhyplay.in with your registered phone number. We will guide you within 2 business days.
When does premium end after cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current paid period. After that, premium videos lock again (free classes remain available).
Payment failed or halted?
Update your UPI balance or mandate in your UPI app, then open Subscription and tap Subscribe again.
Refunds
Billing errors or duplicate charges: email support@rhyplay.in within 7 days with payment details. Routine mid-cycle cancellations are not refunded.
Account deletion
In the app: Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, subscription data, and progress. Deletion cannot be undone. If you cannot access the app, email support@rhyplay.in from your registered contact with your phone number.
