1. Acceptance
By using Rhyplay you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service
Rhyplay provides on-demand dance classes, optional live schedules, and premium features via subscription.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid phone number. Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Subscriptions & autopay
- Android: plans are billed through Razorpay (UPI Autopay / supported methods).
- iOS: plans are billed through the Apple App Store (auto-renewable subscriptions).
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
- Prices are shown before you pay.
- Premium access starts after successful payment confirmation.
5. Cancellation
Android: cancel UPI autopay in your UPI app or via Razorpay (see Support & FAQ). iOS: cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the paid period unless payment fails.
6. Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Refunds are only provided where required by law or for confirmed duplicate/erroneous charges reported within 7 days to support@rhyplay.in.
7. Acceptable use
Do not copy, redistribute, or resell class videos. Do not attempt to bypass paywalls or abuse the service.
8. Content
Classes are for personal learning. We may add, remove, or update content at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
Rhyplay is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the last 3 months.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts in India.
